To provide the highest quality and satisfy your objectives and expectations, we emphasize constant communication and feedback. We work closely with you every step of the way; a successful shoot reflects the synergy of our mutual cooperation.</p> <h3>Project Work List</h3> <p>We will develop a <strong>Project Work List</strong> defining milestones directed by your wishes and guided by our recommendations. Because of the nature of our business, the timeline will be flexible. Variances occur, for example, as the result of weather, subject availability, permissions, schedule conflicts, and/or your evolving requests. Time and financial allocations may be adjusted from original estimates. At no point will there be any &#8216;surprises&#8217;. All changes will be discussed and pre-approved as the project proceeds.</p> <h3>Estimates</h3> <p>Estimates for your project are calculated based on our 30 years of experience, however, it can be challenging to provide a meaningful estimate for some projects. We will always do our best to match our estimates. Changes are always discussed in advance. Estimates are not final quotes as project costs can and often do change.</p> <h3>Scheduling</h3> <p>Precise scheduling of shoots can vary because of weather conditions, location availability, property transportation challenges, availability of props, outside vendors and services. Other variables include lighting and additional equipment rentals, studio space and travel. Changes in the Project Work List can affect the start/end dates. We always do our best to provide a flexible timeline to accommodate the unforeseen. Any adjustments to the timeline will be discussed with you.</p> <h3>Cash Flow</h3> <p>We administer the financial side of each project with the same high standards, attention to detail, and professional performance with which we create our final photographs. All projects require a realistic approach to the client&#8217;s financial obligation. We work against advance installments (retainers). Once an estimated timeline is in place, we will establish a cash flow schedule. You can then anticipate the financial requirements to keep your project moving forward.</p> <h3>Billing</h3> <p>We can bill on a <strong>Time-Plus-Materials</strong> basis or <strong>Project Rate</strong> depending on your preference. We provide clear and current billing information to expedite the efficient completion of each project, whatever its scope. Charges for daily rates, studio and location rental fees, vendors, supplies, background materials, props, models, stylists, computer services, printing, framing, assistants, misc. expenses and other outside services are listed on monthly records.</p> <p>We send out monthly summary statements with an accounting of payments made and payments due. If it becomes necessary to suspend a project until a requested payment arrives, those charges plus interest on past due amounts will be billed. Up-to-date accounts receive top priority in our schedule and full payment of all outstanding bills is required upon completion and delivery.</p> <h3>Our Responsibility</h3> <p>The most rewarding moment of every project is when your photography and/or photographic-art is delivered and hung professionally in your home or business. If your project is for an advertising campaign or commercial marketing, we may deliver images as final digital files.
