A camel in Vermont?!?! Yup…‘Ollie’. Ollie’s on the farm to keep critters like coyotes and foxes from nabbing the sheep. It’s working and Ollie’s been around over 20 years. Been known to get out of the fenced-in area tho, and the farm is on a major highway (Rt. 7). Can you imagine driving Rt. 7 in a blizzard and Ollie appears in front of your car?! That’s not the worst part. Imagine trying to tell someone back home that you saw a Camel…in the middle of the highway…in a blizzard…in Vermont. Yuh right…you been at the VFW again?
